14.02.2019Dennis, Odessa★Today i ordered a bouche of roses for my gf for 70 dollars. They promise me everything will be ok but it wasn't. The flowers arrived with 1 hour later, but this wasn't the problem. The real problem was that all the 21 rose's were old and not fresh. They supposed to have a heart shape but... . I quindly ask the company to send another one fresh and take the old one but they didn't want. From my point of view this is not a professional behavior. My Valentine's day wasn't so nice because of this. I hope in the future they will sell fresh flowers and will try to listen their clients. Dennis Chiran Romania

The photo shows that the flowers are very fresh, the bouquet is made in accordance with the photo on the site. We have attached the photo of the delivery in the item card. We are very sorry that our level of service could not satisfy you. We are improving the level of our service and make it higher.
