ОтветНам очень жаль, что вы остались не довольны сервисом компании! В заказе были свежайшие украинские розы 70 см сорта Гран При, как и было указано по составу букета на сайте, и который был заказан. В Германии доставляют импортную розочку, она действительно отличается размером бутона и длинной , а также ценой от украинской. Букеты из импортной розы так же представлены на сайте.

However, the delivery was just a simple arrangement of 19 red roses with some green leafs. Whilst the arrangement and the flowers are OK. It was not as advertised. I am a little disappointed by this. So room for improvement for the future. Many thanks.
