- select the city, date and time for delivery;
- type the recipient’s address, name, phone number and message;
- it is enough to indicate the recipient’s name and phone number if you don’t have the address.
The delivery is completely anonymous. The recipient won’t know your name if you don’t write it in the card.
Orders are accepted:
- on the site - around the clock.
- by phone, chat, messengers and mail - Mon-Fri from 8 am to 7 pm, Sat and Sun from 9 am to 7pm.
- delivery to a day is possible if you order and pay until 6 pm.
- delivery before 10 am is possible if you order and pay before 6 pm previous day.
- delivery is all around the clock.

Price of delivery:

Call before delivery:
All deliveries will be made after agreement with the recipient. As a rule, we are talking about the delivery of parcel or registered letter.
Delivery without call to the recipient:
- Our clients can inform us about their wishes to make delivery without call. In this case, we do not make a call to the recipient.
- Our courier will go in a specified time and address. If the courier would arrive at the address, but there is no such address or the recipient does not live there,or nobody did not open the door, than the client has the right to re-delivery, after agreeing on the recipient's phone number.
- The cost of re-delivery is 99 UAH and it is possible only in the regional centers of Ukraine.
- If the client could not provide the recipient's phone number within 24 hours, the order is considered fully completed and the company does not provide a refund.
