All payments are made through electronic payment systems LiqPay, Platon, WayForPay, 2Checkout, which guarantees absolute safety of the transfer of your funds. You can order flowers from anywhere in the world. To do this, you just need to place an order on our website and pay it in a way convenient for you. Also you can contact our managers by phone or in Viber, WhatsApp, Skype, Telegram and so on.
When placing an order on the site, you can indicate that you want to receive a photo report, and also communicate this information to the manager. If the recipient does not mind, we will photograph it with a bouquet and send you a photo of the delivery to the email indicated in your order.
You do not hesitate, we will definitely deliver your order. Our company has been working in the flower delivery market for over 8 years. By placing an order on the website, you will receive a message to your phone number and to the mail indicated in the order. After the delivery is completed, you will also receive an SMS notification.

  • If you do not know the exact address, you did not provide the full details, and our manager could not contact you and specify the details, then the delivery will be carried out according to the call with the recipient. Recall that we do not disclose a surprise, our courier will inform the recipient that he wants to deliver a registered letter and specify the time convenient for the recipient and the delivery address.

Our florists try to perform the composition ordered by you as accurately as possible. In exceptional cases and in the absence of some kinds of flowers in the warehouse, our florists make a flower replacement (only if agreed with you), but the concept of a flower arrangement is preserved. Also exceptions may be bouquets in the box, the color of the box may differ from the one in the photo, but our manager will certainly notify you about it.
Every day fresh flowers come to us, almost all bouquets are available, except for compositions with seasonal colors. About the availability of bouquets with seasonal flowers, such as chamomile, peonies, tulips and others, it is better to check with the manager. In the event that a flower came to the warehouse of inadequate quality, our managers will necessarily inform you about it and offer possible alternative options for replacement by color and cost.
