100% for order taking process 100% for timely delivery 80% for quality of the flowers 60% delivering what was ordered 100% recipient happy with the flowers However, you could get better marks: I have ordered Flame of Love which is 19 red roses arranged in a heart shape surrounded by green leafs. However, the delivery was just a simple arrangement of 19 red roses with some green leafs. Whilst the arrangement and the flowers are OK. It was not as advertised. I am a little disappointed by this. So room for improvement for the future. Many thanks.
